Don’t worry about the name "Casse-Têtes" (broken-head / brain-teaser) : it is absolutely not the wine but really the soil where it comes from where the rock is particularly hard and solid (so difficult to work)…
Casse-Têtes is at the top of the cliff overlooking old quarries (stone-pit), very thin soil, a lot of rock, so very mineral wines !
